ICK Dans Amsterdam introduceert een nieuwe training van en door Crazy Monkey Movement als warming-up en een open les voor professionals in april en mei 2024. De open les vindt twee keer per maand plaats in de ochtenden: 5 en 19 april en 7 en 23 mei 2024.

De training is speciaal gemaakt voor de ochtend warming-up voor ICK dansers en wordt een parkour door het Westbeat gebouw, een combinatie van verschillende oefeningen waaronder grondwerk, inversies, kracht & conditie en partnerwerk.
