Tremble

The cadence of hopping
Andreas Hannes continues his work from the practice of hopping. In Tremble, a group of dancers embarks on a journey without a destination. They move in geometric patterns across the stage, falling in and out of rhythm. Together they form a body that moves dynamically through space. With the sustained cadence and the original music of composer Rival Consoles, Tremble illuminates a space that is in transit. You are sucked into the flow of the hoppers. As if you yourself, shaking, are sitting on a moving vehicle, you are undergoing a road-trip in which your memories and aspirations are interwoven.
